New Sketch Idea

I love crafting my scrapbook layouts from sketches. Occasionally, I like to use sketches from other souces outside of CTMH (*gasp* shock, I know!). I trawl pinterest for ideas and one source I like is a shop from the US called Scrapbook Generation. They're a brick & mortar shop in the midwest and they also have a strong online presence. I've been using their sketches for quite a while and they're a nice burst of fresh ideas every now and then.

They offer free sketch ideas a couple times a month. This one is beautiful and uses so many photos!

This sketch was one I wanted to tackle while at Scrapbook Camp last weekend. I printed it out, popped it into my sketch book, and used the Hello Lovely range to create my layout. I haven't added photos yet, only mats and spaces.

Here's the finished layout before photos and journaling.

I love this lil cluster of stickers. It's the perfect title piece for this layout.

SG uses a LOT of banners in their sketches. I'm not a big fan of them being on every.single.sketch! However, there were some banner stickers in this Hello Lovely pack and they fit this page.

A better view of the finished layout. It was easy!

There you go, a quick layout for heaps of photos. Here's what I used to make it! To recreate it at home, shop the links and have a go! Hello Lovely Paper Packet, Hello Lovely Complements, Hello Lovely Coordinating Cardstock, Sea Glass Glitter Paper, Non-stick Micro-tip Scissors, Trimmer, Versamat, Ruler, 3L® E-Z Dots® Adhesive, SG Sketch.
